Dive into the Deep Blue with the SharkSmart team!
After five years of research and trials the NSW Shark Management Strategy has wrapped up. To celebrate the amazing work, we are offering three lucky schools the chance to chat with our scientists in (virtual) person.
Who can enter?
Primary and High schools are eligible to enter the competition. The prize will be awarded to a teacher who submits the entry on behalf of students. The teacher will be asked to coordinate the class or students involved in the Zoom session.
What do you need to do?
- Primary schools – List six of the SharkSmart recommendations. Explore our Education page to download the workbooks to complete with your class (print and electronic versions). Then submit an entry!
- High schools – List the technologies trialled in the SMS. Visit our homepage to see what we have been doing and to download workbooks from our Education page. Print and electronic versions are available. Then submit your entry!
Winners will be drawn at random from the correct entries.
